XPEED Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro cities: 4-7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 8–12 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 10–15 business days
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders above ₹20000. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee as displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country (typically 15–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are non-refundable.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@xpeedsports.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Delays XPEED is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delays.
